ABOUT INOVADZINE

The founder

A perspective
earned through
the work.

Built inside
the business.Not just around it.

Inovadzine is shaped by years of hands-on work across digital commerce—from building storefronts and developing brands to connecting acquisition, marketplaces, creative and the systems behind them.

01 / THE ORIGIN

It started
with the work.

First, make the storefront work.
Then understand everything it needs.

For founder Andres Fernandez, early digital commerce meant building and maintaining websites, including Magento stores. It meant product pages, merchandising, brand identity, banners and the details that made a business usable online.

The work did not stop at launch. Products needed a clear story. Customers needed a reason to care. As commerce changed, the responsibilities expanded—from the website and the creative into the channels and operations surrounding them.

This perspective developed through ongoing work inside commerce businesses—not simply a sequence of disconnected projects.

02 / AN EXPANDING VIEW

Commerce changed.
So did the work.

An evolution of responsibilities, not a dated platform timeline.

01Build
Websites, brand development, product presentation and the creative needed to bring a storefront to life.
02Connect
Organic Facebook, communities, content and relationships with collaborators and commission-based promoters.
03Acquire
Google and Meta advertising, marketplaces and the connection between paid attention and the buying experience.
04Operate
Reporting, inventory context, workflow automation and the decisions linking marketing to daily operations.

03 / THE CONNECTED VIEW

The channel is never
the whole business.

A problem can show up in one place.
Its cause may be somewhere else.

A campaign can bring the right visitor to a product that is poorly explained. Better paid acquisition may need a clearer destination—not just another bid change.

Demand can outpace available inventory. A strong storefront cannot make an unclear offer compelling, or sell a product the business cannot fulfill.

Marketplace performance depends on content, pricing, fulfillment and advertising together. Reporting matters when it helps choose what to do next.

04 / THE APPROACH

Think across the business.
Work on what matters.

Understand before prescribing.

Start with the customer, product, economics and operating constraints. The useful brief is the business problem—not a predetermined service.

Make the strategy practical.

Turn recommendations into the relevant changes: a website experience, creative and content, a channel decision or a workflow. Define scope and specialist responsibilities before promising the work.

Keep the next move accountable.

Use evidence, feedback and commercial priorities to guide improvement. Measurement and systems should make decisions more useful, not just add more reports.

05 / FOUNDER PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Real operating complexity.
A grounded perspective.

Long-term work inside consumer brands has connected the storefront, product story, advertising and day-to-day commercial decisions.

Andres’s work with KEENZ, The Stair Barrier and Crafted Gates has primarily been performed as an employee and Marketing Director within those businesses. These references describe his professional experience—not agency-client engagements for Inovadzine LLC.

KEENZ
Digital storefronts, product and campaign creative, Google and Meta acquisition, marketplace activity and promotional coordination.
The Stair Barrier
Storefront and product content, acquisition, Amazon and other marketplace work, and coordination around the customer’s buying questions.
Crafted Gates
Shopify theme adaptation, product information, fabric and hardware selection, merchandising and lifecycle email workflows.

Different responsibilities. One lesson: decisions travel across the business.

06 / A USEFUL FIT

More than
another channel.

For established brands, growing businesses and owners who need an experienced partner to connect their digital efforts.

That can mean a focused website or creative project. It can also mean a broader commerce engagement. The scope should match the problem, the priorities and the people available to carry the work forward.

You do not need to arrive with a diagnosis. A clear question is enough to begin.

FOUNDER, INOVADZINE

Andres
Fernandez

From design and web development to digital commerce and marketing leadership.

Andres has worked hands-on in commerce and digital marketing since around 2016. His experience spans storefronts, branding, creative, acquisition, marketplaces, analytics and the operational work connecting them.

That professional experience began before Inovadzine LLC was registered in 2018. It informs the consultancy’s approach today: understand the whole picture, then work on the changes that matter.

Founder experience is the foundation of the perspective—not a claim about the company’s client history.
