INOVADZINE / ANALYTICS, AUTOMATION & SYSTEMS

Connect the signals.
Move the business.

eCommerce analytics, reporting and automation that connect what happened to what needs to happen next.

Let’s Talk
  1. 01 / InformationWhat happened?
  2. 02 / UnderstandingWhy does it matter?
  3. 03 / JudgmentWhat needs a decision?
  4. 04 / ActionWhat happens next?

01 / THE OPERATING VIEW

Plenty of data.
Still missing the picture.

The store, the ad accounts and the inventory system each tell part of the story. Understanding comes from reading them together.

Commerce
Orders · revenue · units · product mix · AOV
What sold—and which products changed the result?
Acquisition
Spend · campaign · channel · acquisition cost
What did it take to create that demand?
Marketplaces
Sales · advertising · catalog · stock
Is channel performance supported by availability?
Operations
Inventory · fulfillment · returns · exceptions
Can the business deliver what it promises?
Customer
Lifecycle · repeat behavior · email/SMS response
What happens beyond the first purchase, where data supports it?

Start with the question. Choose the information that can answer it.

02 / DEFINITIONS BEFORE COMPARISONS

One number.
More than one story.

Attributed revenue, recorded purchases and fulfilled orders can describe different things. Platforms use different definitions, windows and rules. Adding their reported results together can count overlapping demand.

Google Ads / Meta

What activity does the platform credit to advertising? Read the conversion definition and attribution window before using it to allocate spend.

GA4

How does measured behavior connect to acquisition and purchase events? Event coverage and report settings affect what you see.

Shopify

What orders and sales did the store record? Keep discounts, refunds, taxes and shipping definitions clear when comparing totals.

Amazon

What happened within the marketplace? Sales and advertising reports need their own date, attribution and inventory context.

Define it → Align the period → Explain the difference → Decide what it supports

We reconcile the views around the business question. Attribution offers context; it does not provide a perfect account of every customer’s journey.

03 / FROM REPORTING TO DECISION

A signal is the start.
Context changes the next move.

CONCEPTUAL EXAMPLE / NOT A CLIENT RESULT

SIGNALSales are up.

Useful to know. Not enough to explain the result.

CONTEXT

Did the offer change?
Did spend increase?
Did product mix or availability shift?

DECISION REQUIREDIs the additional demand
worth acquiring?

Read acquisition cost alongside margin, product mix and stock.

ACTION

Adjust allocation, offer, inventory priorities or creative—then review what changed.

04 / USEFUL REPORTING

Make the important
change visible.

Leadership needs to see what changed, where to investigate and what requires action.

A concise daily operating view can bring sales, ad spend, units, SKU and channel together with inventory context and exceptions. Show the reporting period, source and refresh status so “yesterday” means the same thing to everyone.

ASSET DATA01 / APPROVED REPORTING PROOF NEEDEDA real operating view.
With the decision annotated.
Reserved for one anonymized Inovadzine reporting example. Period, definitions and any visible numbers require approval. No live account or private customer data.

Our reporting work connects marketing and commerce information rather than asking a dashboard to explain everything. GA4, ad-platform reports and store or marketplace data each retain their purpose; the view is designed around the decision.

05 / AUTOMATION WITH A PURPOSE

Automate the repetition.
Keep the judgment.

Move information, format reports, sync defined updates and notify the right person. Give people their attention back for the decisions that need it.

A useful workflow starts with a trigger, a clear rule, an owner and a way to handle failure. We define those before connecting the tools.

CONCEPTUAL ORDER FLOW / NOT A LIVE CLIENT ALERT

TRIGGERAn order occurs.

Required order, product and fulfillment information moves to the next system.

CHECKIs the information complete?
Did the update succeed?
NORMAL PATH / DEFINED RULES
  1. Validate the information.
  2. Update the destination.
  3. Record the outcome.

Routine information continues to flow.

EXCEPTION / NEEDS A PERSON

The system should
surface the exception.

Missing information, a failed sync or a stock conflict goes to the responsible person with enough context to act.

Resolve the issue. Confirm the handoff. Let the routine continue.

06 / CONNECTIONS THAT DO A JOB

What gets connected.
And why.

Storefront →
Operations

Order information supports fulfillment. Stock supports availability. Product data supports merchandising. Customer activity can trigger relevant follow-up.

Experience across Shopify / Shopify Plus, operational workflows involving NetSuite and Celigo, and automation with Make. Scope and ownership are defined for each engagement.

Commercial context

Advertising provides acquisition signals. Commerce provides order outcomes. Product economics help determine what those outcomes mean.

Marketplaces →
The wider operation

Catalog, inventory, advertising, sales and fulfillment affect each other. Marketplace reporting needs the same commercial and operational context as the owned store.

07 / THE WORK BEHIND THE EXPERIENCE

Real businesses.
Connected work.

KEENZ

Our work connects Shopify commerce, Google and Meta acquisition, Amazon, creative and measurement. The reporting question spans the operation: what sold, what supported demand and what needs to change?

Role: connected commerce, acquisition and measurement.

Crafted Gates

Shopify buying-experience work connects with welcome, cart, browse and checkout follow-up flows. Customer activity becomes a defined next step in the relationship.

Role: Shopify experience and lifecycle email workflows.

ASSET AUT01 / VERIFIED WORKFLOW PROOF NEEDEDShow the trigger.
The handoff. The outcome.
Reserved for a redacted real workflow with the business purpose and Inovadzine’s exact role confirmed. Technical evidence stays secondary to what the workflow does.

08 / BEFORE WE CONNECT IT

A few useful questions.

Can you work with our existing systems?

Yes. We start with the information, workflows and tools already in place, then identify the gaps. The scope may involve improving a report, connecting a defined handoff or making exceptions visible.

Do we need to replace our reporting?

Not necessarily. We first review the questions, definitions and sources behind it. Existing reports can remain useful when their purpose is clear. We build or refine dashboards when they help the team make a specific decision.

Can you reconcile marketing and commerce data?

We help explain differences in periods, attribution and sales definitions, then build a useful view of the business. We do not promise perfect attribution or assume every platform should report the same total.

What kinds of processes can be automated?

Defined, repeatable work such as recurring reporting, information transfers, routine updates, notifications and lifecycle handoffs. We identify the rule, responsible person and exception path before automating it.

Do you work with Shopify and NetSuite?

We have experience with Shopify and operational workflows involving NetSuite and Celigo. We scope the connection, information and responsibilities with your team. Full ERP implementation and specialist architecture are separate requirements to evaluate with the appropriate experts.
