Inovadzine / Privacy Policy

Privacy matters.
Clarity matters too.

Effective date: October 8, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Inovadzine LLC, a U.S.-based digital commerce consultancy, handles information through this website and related inquiries.

1. Information you provide

When you contact Inovadzine LLC through our website, we receive the name, work email address, optional business name or website, and project details you choose to submit. You may also provide information when you email us directly. Please do not include passwords, payment information, or sensitive personal information in an inquiry.

2. How we use inquiries

We use the information you provide to understand your request, respond to you, discuss a potential engagement, and manage related business communications. An inquiry does not by itself subscribe you to a marketing newsletter. If you become a client, additional information may be handled under the terms of our engagement.

3. Forms and email

Our website uses Contact Form 7. The contact forms are configured to send inquiries to hello@inovadzine.com. Email systems and the services that operate our website process information needed to deliver and handle these communications. Please contact us directly by email if you do not receive a response.

4. Analytics and website activity

We use Google Analytics 4 through Google Site Kit to understand website use and interactions. Analytics may record pages viewed, interaction events, referring sources, browser and device information, and approximate location. Enhanced measurement and form conversion measurement are enabled. We also use Jetpack/Automattic website statistics. These services may use cookies or similar identifiers to measure visits and activity. We use the resulting information to understand and improve the website.

5. Cookies and measurement

Our website includes cookies and similar technologies for site functionality, analytics, security, and measurement. WooCommerce components also load visit-source and attribution tools that can record referral and campaign information. You can manage or delete cookies in your browser settings; restricting cookies can affect some website functions. This policy is an explanation of data practices and does not itself provide a cookie-consent control.

6. Advertising measurement

Referral and campaign information may help us understand how visitors reach the website. The current website review confirmed Google Analytics and WooCommerce attribution components; it did not confirm a separately configured Google Ads conversion tag, Google Tag Manager container, or Meta Pixel. Any additional advertising or audience-measurement practices should be reflected here when confirmed or introduced.

7. Service providers and disclosures

Information may be processed by providers supporting website operation, email delivery, analytics, and security. Verified website components include Google Analytics/Site Kit, Jetpack/Automattic, Contact Form 7, WooCommerce, Wordfence, and SiteGround security and performance plugins. Each provider’s role depends on its service and configuration. Providers may process information in the United States or other countries. We may also disclose information when necessary to meet a legal obligation, protect rights or security, or respond to a lawful request.

8. Retention

Inquiry correspondence is retained as needed to respond, manage business relationships, maintain appropriate records, and address legal or operational needs. Retention can vary by the type of record and the systems involved. We do not state a fixed retention period here. You may contact us to ask about or request deletion of information associated with your inquiry.

9. Security

The website uses security tools to help detect abuse and protect access. Security systems may process technical information such as IP addresses, request information, and activity logs. No website, email system, or method of storage can guarantee complete security. Avoid sending confidential credentials or sensitive information through the contact forms.

10. Your privacy requests

You can contact hello@inovadzine.com to ask about your information, request a correction or deletion, or object to further business communications. Rights and exceptions depend on applicable law and the context in which information is held. We may need information to verify and respond to a request. Browser controls and the Google Analytics opt-out tool also provide options for managing certain analytics technologies.

11. External websites

Links to other websites lead to services governed by their own policies. This policy covers the Inovadzine website and inquiry handling described here.

12. Updates and contact

We may update this policy to reflect changes to the website or our practices. The effective date above identifies the latest version. For questions or privacy requests, email hello@inovadzine.com.
